Special Issue Information
Aim and Scope: In the face of rapidly expanding urbanization, environmental sustainability represents a serious challenge to the researchers. Also, a life-cycle assessment (LCA) is a way of assessing all the potential environmental impacts of a product, process, or activity over its entire life cycle. Research on the processing of end-of-life materials, life cycle assessment for waste management, and recycling and reuse of industrial wastes has been attaining more and more interest over the last years. This special issue is an international context for the publication of scientific papers in the field of processing of end-of-life materials, life cycle assessment, and solid industrial wastes. Full papers, reviews, and communications are all welcome. Recovery and reuse of valuable, critical, and strategic compounds contained in these waste materials will be very appreciated topics. The special issue principally points out on innovative approaches and advanced understanding related to EOL processing. We kindly invite you to submit a manuscript for this Special Issue, End-of-Life (EOL) Materials recovery and Life cycle assessment (LCA).
Subtopics: Processing of End-of-Life Materials; Life cycle assessment for waste management; Recycling and reuse of industrial wastes.
Keywords: end-of-life materials, life cycle assessment, green materials, recycling, waste management, industrial wastes, waste processing.
Deadline for manuscript submissions: 31 December 2020
